These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Savd mobile application, related features, and associated services offered by Savd LLC (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Savd Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Savd is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
Savd is a behavioral-finance and intentional-spending tool. It is designed to help you interrupt autopilot spending, consider whether a purchase is worth it to you, record decisions you chose not to make, learn about spending psychology, and reflect on your behavior.
Savd is not a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, money transmitter, payment processor, or other financial institution.
Savd does not currently hold or move money. Completing a Savd records an intentional choice. It does not purchase a product, transfer funds, or open a savings account.
Savd version 1.1.0 is entirely simulated and tracked with respect to money. All dollar-denominated amounts shown in Savd are behavioral tracking values inside Savd’s internal model. They do not represent money owned, deposited, held, reserved, transferred, withdrawable, or otherwise available from Savd.
