  1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Savd mobile application, website, features, subscriptions, rewards previews, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, purchasing a subscription where offered, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Savd Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms • All information you provide is accurate and current
  3. Simulated Launch During the current public launch, Savd operates as a simulated savings and redirect-tracking experience. Unless and until Savd expressly enables live money features in a future version, the following apply: • Balances, redirect totals, payoff progress, and similar amounts shown in the app represent tracked or simulated progress, not funds held by Savd • Savd does not currently hold customer funds or provide financial custody • Savd does not move money, initiate transfers, process ACH payments, execute debt payoffs, or allow withdrawals • Savd does not connect to bank accounts or collect payment credentials for money movement during this launch phase • References to saving, redirecting money, or payoff progress describe behavioral tracking and in-app simulation unless live features are explicitly enabled and disclosed If Savd introduces live money movement, bank connections, settlements, withdrawals, or similar functionality in the future, Savd will update these Terms and provide additional notice before those features become available. Your use of any future live features may be subject to additional terms, disclosures, and third-party agreements.
  4. Nature of the Service Savd is a behavioral finance application designed to help users reflect on spending impulses and track redirect progress toward personal goals. During the current launch, users may browse products, create carts, complete Savds, track redirect activity, manage goals, preview rewards, use Savd Coach, access Live Voice, and use other in-app features as made available. Savd is not a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, money transmitter, or financial institution. Savd does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or mental health advice. Certain functionality may rely on third-party providers and may be subject to separate terms, disclosures, and policies.
  5. No Financial Advice or Guarantees The Services are intended for educational, informational, and behavioral purposes only. Savd does not provide financial recommendations and does not guarantee: • Redirect progress outcomes • Financial performance • Goal completion • Investment returns • Savings amounts • Financial improvement Projections, examples, insights, and displayed progress are informational and may change. Your financial and personal decisions remain your sole responsibility.
  6. Savd Coach and Artificial Intelligence Savd Coach, including text chat and Live Voice, uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on your messages, in-app activity, and conversation history. You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate • Savd Coach is provided for informational and behavioral support only • Savd Coach is not a financial advisor, attorney, tax professional, investment adviser, medical provider, or mental health professional • Savd Coach does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or mental health advice or treatment • You remain solely responsible for your financial and personal decisions Live Voice may transmit microphone audio to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, for real-time processing. Coach conversations and related transcripts may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Savd Coach is subject to the Privacy Policy and any in-app disclosures presented before or during Coach features.
  7. Accounts and Credentials You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: • Maintain accurate account information • Notify Savd of unauthorized account access • Protect your login credentials and devices Savd is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.
  8. User Content You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services, including messages sent to Savd Coach. By providing content, you grant Savd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.
  9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Violate applicable laws or regulations • Access systems without authorization • Interfere with platform security • Introduce malware or malicious code • Scrape, copy, automate, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services • Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls • Use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes • Misuse Savd Coach to seek prohibited professional advice or to generate harmful content Savd may investigate and take action regarding violations of this section, including suspension or termination of access.
  10. Redirect Progress and Balances During the simulated launch, Savd records redirect activity and displays progress totals, goals, and related metrics for behavioral tracking and motivation. During this phase: • Displayed balances and progress do not represent money held by Savd • Savd does not execute transfers, settlements, payoffs, or withdrawals on your behalf • Pending, processing, or availability states shown in the app, if any, are informational or preview-oriented unless live money features are expressly enabled If Savd later enables live money functionality, redirect activity may become subject to additional verification, processing periods, transfer limitations, fraud reviews, operational restrictions, and third-party payment rules. Any such features will be disclosed separately when available. Savd does not guarantee the timing, availability, or outcome of any current or future redirect, payoff, transfer, or settlement feature.
  11. Rewards and Launch Preview During the current launch, rewards shown in the app are part of a simulated preview experience. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a future live rewards program: • Launch preview rewards have no cash value • Launch preview rewards are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, discounts, promo codes, goods, services, or partner offers • Preview rewards do not create any entitlement to future benefits Savd may display tiers, credits, badges, or partner-style labels to illustrate how rewards could work in the future. These displays are for preview and motivational purposes only during the simulated launch. In the future, Savd may offer live rewards, credits, tier benefits, promotional offers, referral programs, discounts, or partner benefits. If that occurs, eligibility requirements, redemption rules, expiration dates, availability, and reward values will be disclosed at that time and may change from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an active live rewards program: • Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated • Rewards are non-transferable unless expressly stated • Rewards may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated • Savd may modify, suspend, or discontinue rewards at its discretion
  12. Premium Subscriptions Savd may offer optional paid subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store and managed using subscription infrastructure such as RevenueCat. If you purchase a subscription: • Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and free-trial terms are governed by Apple's App Store rules and the purchase flow presented at the time of purchase • Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed before you complete a purchase • You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings unless otherwise stated at purchase Subscriptions may unlock additional functionality in future versions of Savd. During the current launch, Savd may provide access to certain features through promotional, preview, or launch configurations that differ from your subscription or billing status. Launch access does not guarantee future feature availability, and billing status does not necessarily limit all features during a launch period. Savd may change subscription offerings, entitlements, or pricing in the future in accordance with applicable law and App Store policies.
  13. Intellectual Property The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, branding, content, graphics, functionality, and technology, are owned by Savd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
  14. Third-Party Services The Services may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to: • Supabase • OpenAI • RevenueCat • Apple • PostHog • Authentication providers • Email and notification providers If Savd enables live financial functionality in the future, additional payment, banking, or financial service providers may be used and will be disclosed as applicable. Savd is not responsible for the products, services, availability, or policies of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
  15. Privacy Your use of the Services is governed by the Savd Privacy Policy, which describes how Savd collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information, including information related to Savd Coach, analytics, subscriptions, and account deletion.
  16. Analytics and Communications Savd may use analytics, subscription management, authentication, communication, and notification providers to operate and improve the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy. Savd may send: • Security notifications • Account and verification notices • Service announcements • Support communications • Subscription-related notices where applicable Optional marketing or product-update emails are sent only if you have opted in and may be turned off in app settings or by contacting Savd.
  17. Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Savd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation of the Services, including AI-generated Coach responses or simulated progress displays.
  18. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVD AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SAVD'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: • $100 USD, OR • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SAVD DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
  19. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savd and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of applicable laws • Your infringement of third-party rights • Your reliance on AI-generated Coach responses or simulated progress displays
