Savd is a behavioral finance application that helps users reflect on spending impulses and track redirect progress toward personal goals.

During the current public launch, Savd operates as a simulated experience. Savd tracks redirect activity and progress in the app but does not move money, hold customer funds, connect to bank accounts, or process payments on your behalf.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your information.

By creating an account, accepting this Privacy Policy, or using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Simulated Launch

During the current launch experience:

• Savd does not collect bank account numbers, routing numbers, or payment credentials for money movement
• Savd does not initiate ACH transfers, settlements, debt payoffs, or withdrawals
• Balances, redirect totals, and rewards shown in the app reflect tracked or simulated progress, not funds held by Savd
• Launch preview rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable

If Savd introduces live money movement or bank connections in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notice before those features become available.
